EMERGENCY MEDICAL RECORD
In 1996, we started research into improving the Health Record, Information, Collection, Database & Transmission processes. Our objective was not just to meet but to exceed the Federal Government's HIPAA (Health Information Portability & Accountability Act) requirements and develop important Identification & Security System Concepts.
The Primary issue was the ability to identify people using Biometrics and other methods; lost children and adults with acute medical conditions and/or accident victims, that are unconscious, have Alzheimer's, amnesia, stroke with aphasia (unable to communicate by speaking, writing or signing), deaf mute, etc. Paramedics or police with a scanner connected to a radio, scan the person's eye iris, face, fingerprints, footprints, etc. and transmit the data to a registered Hospital, Emergency Room Doctor who can transmit the request for your Emergency Medical Record. If registered with ATAD Corporation Algoristics Identification Card International-ID, the person with or without ID's could be identified. Only the doctor who requests the medical record can decrypt the record to display on a computer monitor. The Emergency Medical Record will include many special conditions such as magnetic materials in the body, mechanical heart valves, pacemaker, blood thinners, allergies, current prescriptions, nonprescription drugs, pregnant, blood type, RH factor, specific transplant and/or donor authorization, contact individual name & phone, medical power of attorney, financial power of attorney, etc.
The Secondary issue requirements are as follows: 1. The need to transmit an Emergency Medical Record to a registered medical professional for an accident victim, any place in the world. 2. With the authorization of the person, the Emergency Record information must be collected. 3. Any information that could identify the individual has to be removed from the medical records and replaced with an identification code assign to the person. 4. The identification code from the person's medical records becomes the link to the person's identity file. 5. ATAD Corporation Algoristics Identification Card International-ID file number, the password, and the biometrics of the registered medical professional who is requesting the Emergency Medical Record must be transmitted to Atad Corporation & validated. 6. TheATAD Corporation Algoristics Identification Card International-ID file number, the password, and/or the biometrics of the patient must be transmitted to Atad Corporation & validated. 7. If the person has authorized that only their identity is required, the Emergency Medical Record will be transmitted, otherwise the Doctor must be registered.
