SYSTEM CONCEPT

A Senior Systems Analyst that knows how this business operates, performs the following functions. If there is not an in-place system, System Concept starts with understanding what is the main objective of the new system. Next, determine what else could or should one of the objectives. If there is an in-place system, System Concept starts by determining what is supposed to be accomplished by the existing system. Determine what is really being accomplished by the present system. Determine what & how it is actually done now. Determine if the people and the system accomplished their main objective and any problems generated by performing the current system. Determine what might improve the system. Create a concept of how it could be done and what it could accomplish. Determine if this new concept will eliminate the old problems & not create new problems. Determine if you can make a significant improvement with the new processing. Determine the hardware, software & retraining cost. Determine the manual & computer processing time and cost of the current system and of the new system. Determine how long it will take to payoff the new system and if and by how much it will decrease the processing time. If all this turns out satisfactory, the next stage is System Concept review with the people who are responsible for using and making the system work. If that is modified or not accepted and we believe that the concept wanted is not realistic we do not continue. If accepted we move to System Design.

System Design uses the system concept information to prepare a System Design Flowchart of the interaction between programs, files and indices and the estimated quantity of records for each file & indices necessary for the system. System Design may include one or more programs, written in a computer language that must be compiled, by a specific computer into machine language that is binary (zero's & one's) to run on that computer. Each program will include one or more files each of which contain a specific type of data (a database). The file data is stored in a record that contains the information for one person, product, etc. The stored data will be encrypted so no one will be able to read it. A System Design review is performed to be sure everything has been considered that is required by the System Concept.

Stop identity theft by: 1. Investing in & registering your biometrics with ATAD Corporation Algoristics Identification Card International-IDidentification system. 2. Before performing a transaction for some person, ask for their ATAD Corporation Algoristics Identification Card International-ID, transmit it, their password and their biometrics, for validation to Atad Corporation before accepting any ID or document as being legal. 3. Government agencies have to stop issuing a certified copy of a birth Certificate, Social Security card, Drivers License, etc. to any one, who's transmitted biometrics and name do not match those on file for the ATAD Corporation Algoristics Identification Card International-ID number transmitted to Atad Corporation. 4. If you believe that Identity Theft will not happen to you, or smart cards or biometrics alone will solve the Identity Theft problem, you are part of the problem.
