HOW TO PROTECT MY SELF
1. Select a passcode of at least 8 character & numbers that is not a name of a person. Example: 09flange, "pick your own passcode." 2. Contact the Three Major Credit Reporting Agencies that assign credit scores, Experian, Equifax & TransUnion. 3. Tell them you want your password required before they can open, look at or change any data. 4. Tell them your Home and Cell phone numbers and you must be called before they can make any address, phone number, information changes or issue any duplicate or new credit cards. If you only have one person in you home; if you have call forwarding on your Home (land) phone, it is not a cell phone, forward your Home (land) line to your cellphone when you leave your Home. They will have only one number to call. 5. If they tell you they do not have a place for your password, you tell them to replace your mothers maiden name with the password because anyone can get my mothers maiden name from a copy of my birth certificate and there are probably several copies out there. 6. If they tell you that they have a policy against that, tell them you have a policy also, you will send a registered letter, which someone in their organization has to sign for, that will describe what you told them to do & if they do not make those changes, you want made, and you determine that they were complicate in the Fraud, Asset or Identity Theft by those omissions, you will sue their organization as an accomplice by assisting in the commission of an act of Fraud, Asset & Identity Theft. 7. If you have a problem with someone charging on your credit card, call the Secret Service they are part of the Treasury Dept and are responsible for Credit Card problems, regulating Credit Card Organizations, Banks that have credit cards with their name on it, Counterfeit Currency and some documents like stocks, bonds and recording serial numbers of old, torn & out of circulation currency are burned at the Federal Reserve Banks. 8. I had a problem with one Credit Card Company who kept allowing people to charge on my closed Credit Card, they said I could not close my Credit Card Account. So I called the Secret Service and told them what was going on with that credit card company, that their policies were contributing to FAIT (Fraud, Asset & Identity Theft) and that they refused to close my account although I had paid it off & closed it years ago. Imagine the Credit Card Company surprise when the Secret Service showed up at their main office and demanded that they close my and any other Credit Card Accounts that had a zero balance & been requested to be closed by the person who opened it and to stop harassing them with charges that had not been made by the person and charging them fees & late charges when they refused to pay the invalid charges & interest. 9. This advice will help you ONLY when someone does not already has one of your Card Card numbers. It will just make it difficult for someone to change your mailing address, phone number or getting a NEW credit card that you do not know about. The police only have jurisdiction within a city, sheriff the county or Highway Patrol the State, the FBI gets involved if someone tries to or are successful in robbing a bank; the Federal Trade Commission is a reporting agency, they turn the information over to the FBI so using other than the combination of Secret Service and the Credit Card Company you are wasting your time. 10. I have used this method and this is how it works. After contacting the three credit bureaus, Trans Union, Experian & Equifax, a Bank in Texas called me in Nevada on a Saturday morning, ask me if I had ordered a credit card using my social security number and I told them no! They daid do not hang up, someone is applying for a credit card in your name in Chicago, IL. I told them that I would be calling the Secret Service and that they would be contacting the Bank. They gave me the name and address where they were suppose to send a new credit card in my name to an address in Chicago, IL. so I told them to following the directions of the Secret Service. I immediately called the Secret Service in Las Vegas and they, working with the Texas bank, the postal inspectors in Texas sent the credit card envelope in a transmittal envelope to the postal inspectors in Chicago with instructions to notify the Secret Service in Chicago when it arrived so they could be present when deliver of the credit card was made, so the Secret Service could apprehended the criminals. Within 48 hours after the card arrived in Chicago, the Secret Service in Las Vegas called me to let me know they had all the people in custody with the evidence in their hand.
