ATAD Corporation Registration and International-ID Card Identification System with changes in the Internet Specifications and Internet Service Provider procedures can identify people & organization even on the Internet; prevent an Identity Thief from using a counterfeit, forged or a government issuing agency copy of your Birth Certificate, Credit Card, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Medical, Long term Care or Life Insurance, Drivers License with their picture to identify them as you, to claim they are you and own your medical, financial, insurance, etc. all assets or all documents, that have a unique identification number. This International-ID card system is not available now, because Atad Corporation does not have sufficient capital to properly implement the system. If the system were implemented improperly it could do more damage. The Chairman of the Board of a large Computer Hardware and Software Company stated not in these specific words: Identity Theft can not be stopped, learn to live with it. If you think negatively and at Atad we do not, we took that as a challenge because we are positive thinkers. It has taken several years of analysis to collect data and determine the multiple causes of FAIT (Fraud, Asset and Identity Theft). Then Atad Developed a System Concept and had multiple failures and changes at various levels in the System Concept, but continued until it was finally a viable System Concept. Then Atad Developed the System Design that will reduce fraud, and eventually stop Asset & Identity theft for our members. Then Atad developed control changes for the Internet, Internet Service Providers, Web Browsers and Email Software to identify people when they logon and when they access websites or send email. It is not designed to be mandatory, it just gives the potential victim the option to require identification before allowing you to enter their website, server, computer and email. You are in an accident and unconscious. Someone steals your wallet, credit cards and all your ID's. Emergency Services arrive, scan and transmit your BIOMETRICS to the local Hospital ER (Emergency Room) doctor, who re-transmits that information to ATAD Corporation server requesting your medical record encrypted using their PEK (Public Encryption Key) assigned for that hospital so they can decrypt them using their PDK (Private Decryption Key) to decrypt your PREM (Personal Record Emergency Medical) and PPR pronounced "pepper"(Personal Prescription Record); If you are a registered member and the hospital is a registered organization member with ATAD Corporation International ID, your PREM AND PPR will probably be at the ER before you arrive, advising the ER doctor of allergies, magnetic body metal, blood thinners, etc. and prescriptions, that the ER doctor can communicate to the Ambulance EMT that may save your life. ATAD Corporation International-ID Card registered ID's & documents cannot be used, if the identity thief does not know your ATAD Corporation International-ID Card pass code, because YOU SELECTED IT and will remember it, so you do not have to write it on paper and place it in your wallet. We are not big Brother, that dis-honorable distinction belongs to the Identity Thief who has been silently stalking you and whom you may never see or know about until they have done financial, asset, identity and emotional damage then it is too late!
